Since I don't use this for what it's supposed to be used for ie updating people and venting, I'm going to use this as my exercise and diet log. I've been doing the South Beach Diet for about 4 weeks now and I'm loving the results. I've also begun jogging and biking, so that's always a plus. Feel free to ignore all of these entries from now on, or feel free to make fun of me. That is all.

Food:
Breakfast:
1 Whole grain organic blueberry waffle
2 tsps of sugar free maple syrup
110 cals

Morning Snack:
South Beach peanut butter bar
100 cals

Lunch:
2 whole wheat lean turkey wraps
3 ounces of sugarfree strawberry jello
230 cals

Dinner:
Big veggie salad w/ ranch dressing
1 Oscar meyer lean turkey dog
420 cals

Total Cals: 860

Drinks:
2 Nalgenes of H2O
1 can diet Dr. Pepper

Exercise:
Run 1.25 Miles
Walk 1 Mile
Bike 1.5 miles
