Perfect Day
It was an awesome day today. First I watch Across the Universe (I ♥ Jim Sturgess). Like a pre-birthday gift to myself. Haha. Got a birthday message from my mom at 12:30 am. Read the Bible and prayed and then slept at 1:30 am. SLEEEEEP. Glorious sleep.
Woke up at 10 in the morning. How can I wake up at 10 am on a Friday, you ask?? Well, since I only have a 3:30 to 5:30 class on Fridays, I can do just that. Ate Emmalyn greeted me happy birthday. Checked for acad stuff, email etc. Signed on to YM and got 2 offline messages from Ate Andoi and Beng. Can you believe it Beng remembered today! Haha wala lang it's such a miracle for me eh no? Ate lunch at 12:30 hurriedly because I realized I was about to be late for school. Took a bath and prepared myself. At some time, Vinni texted me Happy Birthday and asked to meet me in school.
Got to school at about 2:30. Met Vinni at the canteen. He handed me something, and I also gave him something (exchange gift nga daw). Weird green package in ribbon and plastic. CD pala. Couldn't wait to see what was in it! Haha. But I still had class and I had plans to have dinner outside with Tita and my cousin Danielle. So the CD would have to wait. Went to the south spine first to check on something and then went back to lecture theatre 20 to go to that horrendous class, basic cell biology. Teacher sucks, subject sucks. But it was okay because 1/4 of the time, I was spaced out, 1/2 of the time I was just writing down funny things the teacher was saying (he spoke very bad english), and the last 1/4 of the time I was watching someone below me answer this silly quiz (24 - 7 = walrus. What???). Oh Kevin gave me 2 bars of chocolate (Snickers and Kitkat). Yayness.
Was dismissed 10 minutes early. Thank God, I couldn't stand anymore of the teacher. Went to CITS to print out lecture notes and other stuff since the printer at home didn't have any more ink (I'm ranting, I know, but forgive me just this once ha?). Waited up for Athina so she could properly greet me a happy birthday and remind me that I would have to play Juliet in the Romeo and Juliet thingy that we're going to stage for the international student thingy thingy (I don't recall what it's called). So I pleaded. Haha.
Ran to catch the bus. Arrived at Plaza Singapura at 7:10 to eat at Swensen's with my Tita and Danielle. Very spicy pasta and awesome hot plate apple crumble. Steak sauce! Did a little grocery then went home.
Got my new underwear and jug from my Tita. Danielle bought whiteboard from the room. That was her big surprise for me. Then I watched the CD....

Hee. :D Thank you again! I really have an awesome life because I have really awesome friends. :) Thanks guys. Love you all. ♥ (Btw, ang weird, may sira ata ung movie. After nung message ni Vin, may picture namin ni Lara and Hazel, tapos yun na ung lumabas hanggang sa end ng movie. Hindi na lumabas ung videos ni Vinni, Arvin, Val, Ekay and Miles. Di ko alam kung bakit. I tried it with different players tapos ayaw >.<)
Chatted a bit with Mariel F. and Cheffy. Missed my elem friends. Read emails from Josef and the dukhas. Got an ecard from Mint (Thailand). Read Mariel's LJ entry. Made me happy, sad and guilty all at the same time. >.< I have a lot of catching up to do with her. Haha.

Ayun, so that was my birthday. Actually, I wasn't really expecting much for this birthday because I already had the meaningful birthday celebration in Manila. But I was happy that my birthday in Singapore wasn't as empty as I was expecting it to be.

And then I check my email and Mars emails me. And I thought she forgot. Haha. And then I opened YM and saw offline messages from Dardsie, Nico, Mael, Aidz, Ces and OTL. Wow, di pala ako nalimutan ni OTL. Kala ko kasi nalimutan na niya ako, nagtatampo na nga ako eh. Haha. So okay, kumpleto na ang araw ko wahaha.
Tapos before the night ended, Kat and Aya texted me! Yayness! I heart my friends!
