so todays been a lil crazy went to chiropractor at liek 8 in the morning yeah i was tired n that didnt help my back at all its still liek achy feeling n i still got a nice knot in it and it hurts when i sit walk basically move and a lot when im dancing and i hope it goes away by recital cuz otherwise imgonna be dancing liek shit but other then that i called kla a lot of times yeah thats i dunno whatt that is n i bitched out stefanie im sry u didnt deserve that n now im in such a good mood after talking to AJ haha we always have like the greatest convos i <3 him to death it took like 10 min to get the in a while crocidile like thas my rule kinda u say later ill say alligator then u just gotsta say in a while crocidile its like u cant have the alligator without the crocidile it just dnt work liek that lol so yeah i was cracking up over that cuz well it was quite funny dance today was pretty good we wore our tutus and well i kept forgetting to go on stage n do the lil kids part with them even tho they werent there today but yeah n everyones liek sarahur on sarah ur on ahh im afraid im gonna forget to go on for them at recitals n it will just be kara n they will be running everywhere on stage well gabby will i dunno if we will even get the other two on stage lol but they r soooooo adorable i think im gonna go get them princess wands from the disney store or somethignso that they wont be so afriad of me n kara well so the one wont be afirad of us lol the other two becca n gabby liked us the other one i cant member her name she like cry everytime she wasnt with her mom i think we scared her actually im pretty sure we did lol but yeah hmmm i need to work on my abs so bad but ive been getting a lil lazy n havent done them in umm a long while lol and my stomaches not pretty lol i didnt even eat that much today but it feels liek sooo much like i had a fiest or something mabey it was cuz of the soup i had i dunno but i jsut had a bannana those fill me up liek woah and i had an apple today those fill me up a lot too mabey thas y i feel so friggen full well im out peace
