Wipe the vestiges of sleep
So on Monday I officially start work. And by this I mean orientation and training before they figure out what beat to assign me to.
My suggestions: nothing that involves decomposing bodies, getting kidnapped or too many numbers. The entertainment beat would be nice. Or the politics beat that doesn't involve the things mentioned earlier. And if it involves me asking probing questions all the better. Because I like ruffling authority figures' feathers. Just enough that they don't have me kidnapped. Yes, I suck at the die for you story thing.
In the meantime I'm watching random stuff on youtube because I still have time too.
ETA: For those in my f-list that still watch DW. Or will watch once they finish downloading.
Fuck you Doctor Who and RTD. I still can't make up my mind if the series 4 finale is good or bad but damn. So many things seemed forced but it was cute and fan-servicey. Plus, Torchwood possibilities. I like Donna and yes I do think she's going to have a better more brilliant life than before but shoot. Rose still annoys me, Nine!Rose was so much better, and less whiney.
I think I shall re-watch this ep again.
