(no subject)
I don't know if I'll ever have a computer again. Where the heck do you go to get a stripped screw out of a laptop? Not Home Base, that's for sure. It's such a small screw that there's this whole long process that will have to be done...do you think maybe an eyeglasses repair place? I really, really don't want to send it back to Dell because it will take another month to get it back. But I guess at the rate I'm going that's about the same amount of time it will take to find a place.
I think musical theatre is my favorite class right now. I really enjoy just about everyone in there, I love singing, I love watching my friends perform...it's a darn good combination.
I'm excited for this weekend. Mitchell (my little brother) was going to come in town, but now he's coming NEXT weekend, which is sad because this weekend is going to be super fun! And next weekend is Alumni weekend. Stupid alumni...you're graduated! Get over it! Kidding, kidding...it'll be good...I hope...
I have auditions coming up...as I usually do. (I wonder how many livejournal entries there are in which I have that phrase...) Aida this weekend, then Evita (yes Evita AGAIN- they moved the show to Lyric Stage because Plano Rep is dumb, so maybe I have a chance of getting my role again...although there's another director...but I did it once, I can do it again!) Bah! I just need some freaking Equity points. The goal was to get the card before I graduate, but we'll see how that goes. Especially if I'm going to be in New York next year. I really really wish I hadn't been sick this weekend because I missed two major auditions, and it's finally starting to sink in that in order to do a show, I have to go through auditions. Crazy, huh?
