(no subject)
I love my cousins so much. I can totally be a kid again with them and it doesn't matter. I think I'm always going to be a kid to them, and them to me.
The night I got in, I totally DIDN'T go to the Border's Harry Potter book party, that's for sure. I DIDN'T get sorted into a house and then go to "classes" all night where I colored and got a lightning tattoo. It WASN'T freaking awesome, that's for sure.
...........alright alright I did, and I had fun! I met some completely awesome guys who were looking at cast recordings while I was and we talked for probably 45 minutes and then went to read Jack Handey quote books. One of them was going to be a freshman at Dallas Baptist? University of Baptists who live in Dallas or that Area? Something like that. Oooh and one of them was auditioning for Big River, so that'll be exciting to know someone. If I ever find an audition piece. HELP.
Saturday night was Dustin's show, which was really fun, and I got to see people again, which was nice. I ended up spending the night in my apartment (aww I missed it!) and then coming back Sunday morning. That night after mass we went to Ben & Jerry's and got The Monster. If you all haven't heard of this, it's pretty much the best thing ever. TWENTY scoops of ice cream, a brownie, three cookies, four toppings, hot fudge, whipped cream....otherwise known as "Heaven in a Tub". There were eight of us, so it wasn't horrible, but it sure was a messy good time.
Today Wes came to meet us in Fort Worth (mainly to bring me my phone which I had left at my apartment) and he came with us out to eat at (excuse the spelling) La Madeleine. It was really fun talking about musical theatre with my awesome aunt who teaches dance. Tonight my two cousins, Bridget who is a year older than me, and Kelly who is a year younger, and I put our hair in random ponytails (I had high pigtails...c'mon you know that's hot) and lip-synced(?) to Disney songs. One of the best moments of the weekend. We also tattooed eachother (and by "tattooed" I mean drew with marker) on our lower backs with random pictures and phrases. Oh do I love my cousins.
And let me just say that Jennifer Connelly, although I can't spell her name, is now one of my favorite actresses. Dark Water- the movie itself, not so great- the performances, awesome.
Welp, that's about it. I go to Texas A&M manana to see another cousin, Therese. This was totally a Dustin entry tonight- sorry so long! (haha I love you Dustin!) Off to try and finish Harry Potter!
