That picture is awesome looking, but it makes me think he has run over a chicken for comedic effect.

I'm in Georgia, in Savannah. We live in a giant old house that is very period, and if it wasn't rotting away annoyingly it would be nice.

I also like stay good. It not a demanding phrase and doesn't insult the status quo, but nonetheless wishes well!
