low budget films watched during the lazy hours of the night.
Independant cinema is greatly under-rated, apparently in order for a film to be considered watchable it must have extraordinary box office sales and a huge cast, well "Tape" is an awesome example of one that defies this logic. Started watching with the feeling of tiredness, expecting to only watch half or so, then sleep and watch the rest later... but this movie just drew me in, just watching Ethan Hawke, Robert Sean Leonard (from Dead Poets Society) and Uma Thurman work together, actually act without special effects or even high budget materials was inspiring.
I guess its just been a while since an unexpected film moved me...
