Help with LJ...
*sigh* and then when I go to post, the whole message deletes itself for no reason. *stifles cussing*
Alright, here I go again:
At first, I thought my computer's bandwidth problems were causing the "LJ post" screen to abort the full load, and that that was causing my problems, but those problems have since recovered, and I've gone to other computers, and all of them have the same problem for me. Since others don't seem to have it, I hoped I could be helped, since I'm either facing some sort of error, or I'm ignorant of some change.
I no longer have the top menu... the buttons that appear above the text entry window that let you select font size, color, bold, etc. This isn't such a bad thing, in and of itself, but the LJ cut button is also gone. Without it, my ability to post is pretty much gone, since my average LJ entry runs long, and I know I can't get away with that without cutting.
The only options I have overhead are "insert image" and "embed media"
If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong, or can tell me how to LJ cut without pressing the button up top (since for whatever reason I don't have one) I would deeply appreciate the enlightenment.
