Glue

I swear to God, I've never seen so much glue before. This morning, in Early Childhood class, we had to make these "bulletin boards" and I picked Rachel and Ashley for my group. Lemme tell ya--stupid idea! We spent half the class trying to figure out what we were gunna do, and we came up with an idea a half an hour before the class actually ends. So, we're rushing around, getting all our materials, and start figuring out how we were going to display it. And guess what we forgot. The glue.

So I'm running around the classroom, trying to find a cup to fill the glue with. And I finally found one, and poured the glue. Big mistake. It overflowed the cup and went all across our soon-to-be-glued display. So Rachel and I were trying to wipe the glue off, and Ashley was taking a paintbrush, dabbing it in the giant puddle of glue, and gluing things to our paper.

I got glue all over my pants and Rachel could've sworn there was some in my hair. OMFG it was crazy. Our project turned out to be simple, and sticky. It was ridiculous. Like, seriously. There was waaaay too much glue involved in such a simple project.

In better news, I got an 88 on my Algebra II test! That's like the highest grade on a test I've gotten in that class all year! I'm so proud! We watched Finding Neverland in Lit Mag class. God, it was so boring, I was falling asleep. And...(what else happened?) We got rid of all the Hopewell vandalism at our school. Thank God. I was beginning to hate the "H-Nuh" sign. See, whoever vandalized our school, didn't use spray paint very well. The "D" looked like an "N" and the "B" looked like an "H". Maria and I were joking around, saying "H-Nuh" sounds like a good name for a black guy. "Hey, H-Nuh!" See? It kinda rolls off the tongue.

Anyways, that's news so far. What a day.
