I had some random tofu left over from other meals and didn't want to be wasteful, so I steamed it and made a sauce of sesame oil, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. I topped the tofu with some rice seasoning (the one I bought is a combination of seaweed, sesame seeds, sugar, and salt), and some sliced green onions. It took no time to make and was quite tasty. :)
I'm paying for going to Spice Girls and then not getting enough sleep. I shouldn't have stayed up watching episodes of Deadwood, because now I'm trying very hard not to get sick. I have to fly on Sunday and I don't want to fly with a head cold, the last time I did that, I felt like my ear drums were going to explode.
