Ok - thanks Powley and Marie for responding already...
I did call the police regarding my last post - the sheriffs dept was closed - so I called 911 and told them I had a non-emergency - he said to go ahead and I told him what I saw. I was really worried that I was being paranoid by calling the police but you gals reassured me :)
I just kept thinking that if it was my kid I'd want someone to call the authorities so that they could come pick them up and figure out what's going on... I thought about stopping and talking to him but there isn't anywhere to pull off on that road plus you never know how he would have reacted...
Powely - Completely Off topic - I got your box and THANKS so much for the extra scrapbooking stuff - It's awesome and hopefully will motivate me to catch some stuff up! Katie LOVES the Monkey books :) We do sign language the the jumping on the bed one - she's getting the Clifford ones for her bday on Saturday.
