Gasp! I'm updating! God I really need a new layout. LOL A lot has happened. I was at my dad's in Florida for six weeks, and then the day I came home I ripped a muscle in my ankle when I went out with Mike, Greg, and Kelly. We were acting stupid at the SUNY Stony Brook campus at like midnight, and I didnt know how bad it was til I got home. My mom's a nurse, and she thinks I'm fine as long as I'm not bleeding out my eyes, but she took one look at my purple, swollen ankle and said "we're going to the ER," so I knew it was bad then. It was early, early on July 4th and I was in the ER. The stupid people couldnt figure out what was wrong, they knew it wasn't broken, but we went to the doctor a few days later and he told us. He looked just like Al Pacino, lol. My mom said he used to do that freaky "hoo hah" thing that Pacino does when they worked at St. Charles together. I'm starting to like Pacino too, Greg is happy, lol. My mom hates him and my dad loves him, same with Dean's favorite, Jack Nicholson, lol, who I also like.
Anyway, still wearing an aircast most of the time, and I'm off the crutches. Still debating whether to go on our trip to the water park and the renaissance faire, plus, I've discovered that I hate my uterus. Because quite fortuitously (sp?) I found I'll have my period when we go to the water park, and tampons frighten me, lol. Back to the orthopedist on Thursday, so I'll figure out whats up with my ankle healing. He said I may need PT to strengthen the ankle again, but at this point I think I'm okay. It still hurts, but NOWHERE near as much as it did.
I was gonna do a meme but I pressed a button and all my answers were gone and I do not feel like doing it again. Maybe more from my boring life later.
