Just another day.
First of all, I've done a tiny bit of a friends cut. :( This always makes me sad, but things were getting a little crazy up in here, especially with all the journal switching and abandoning and so-on. SO I did a little bit of house cleaning, mostly just people with whom I don't really share a fandom anymore, or people I've met briefly in RL and haven't seen in a long time, etc. Nothing personal, just lightening my reading load, and I still love you all! <333. I will probably pop over to check out your LJs (those of you who still keep them up!) every once in a while anyway, so not much will change.
Secondly. AHAHAHAosuasinfhpdoij Samantha Smith, aka Mary Winchester, was in an ASTHMANEX commercial I saw the other day on TV when I was at redragonfly27's. GENIUS. I seriously screamed, and everyone was like "...?" and it was all very amusing yet embarrassing.
I also bought Nevermore, the SPN tie-in novel, yesterday on my way home from UVA and started reading it. It's not exactly high-quality literature, but I'm enjoying it so far anyway. Sam mentioned Dean having an orgasm, and Dean had a dream where Sam was pinned to the ceiling and bleeding, SO. I approve in general.
Meeting with the med school supervisors was okay-ish. I didn't really learn anything new, but I have some definite choices to make now, which is better. I'm just getting more and more down on the whole post-bac program in general because of all this, and I don't even know if I really want to do it anymore at all. I'm leaning towards pulling out completely and just putting together my OWN program by myself at like, George Mason or something. I think the UVA name could really get me somewhere that maybe GMU can't, but I don't know if it's worth all this trouble and stress.
ETA: roads left in both of our shoes, a little snip by stellabelle. <3333 Sam is so in love with Dean, my heart aches with it.
