New Computer
Tax refund came in, and thus I must say goodbye to my Frankenstein monster computer that has lasted me for 6 or 7 years (with tweaks here and there such as vid card and ram) and look to the future, my next computer that will probably last me just as long.
Dual Core 3.0 GHz
GeForce 9800 GTX 512 MB ram SLI capable
1 TB hard drive with 32 MB cache
8 GB RAM
7.1 Surround Sound
28" 1920x1200 display monitor
Windows Vista 64-bit
Other than possibly SLI a 2nd 9800 GTX in at some point and switching from Dual to Quad core when they become more affordable, I'm pretty much set for the next long while...
and just in time for Age of Conan ;)
