I'd rather have an LJ friend with once a week long posts of substance than small daily bursts of pap. I've cleaned my friends list of such people -but it seems to be easier these days on LJ. :>

You are correct -the more advanced the machine, the more it sucks the life from its user. Machines can be demanding beasts.

Sometimes i love the work you do before it's finished, when certain features are more abstracted because it makes me take the time to think more about it, but the compositions you choose are always interesting nonetheless. Your concept about the alienness of humanity in a lively technological modern enviroment is fairly important as a subject matter, i'd like to read more on this because it relates to what i am doing, only i explore the existential terror that results from this dehumanization rather than the simulacra process you explore, though i think we are getting at related ideas
