more condo news
Hung out with Aireen, Lolo, and Fungi at the condo today. I thought we weren't going to meet up today because nobody confirmed. When Fungi called me 30 minutes past our arranged time, I had to rush out. I can't believe I got from the shower to the condo in 40 minutes! I think this was the fastest I've ever gotten ready, ever.

I finally have a confirmed renter. YAY! I already have the deposit and one month advance, so I think it's safe to post about it now without jinxing anything. It's a Japanese guy and his Pinay girlfriend. I was worried they wouldn't want a double deck bed, but the girl said it was okay. The girl was really sweet, too! She didn't even haggle about the price. I hope they enjoy their stay. :)
(And I hope the Mercury Retrograde doesn't mess anything up.)
