Dear PLDT,
Your service is really the pits. It took you 6 weeks to fix our busted phone. (Yes, 6 weeks, which you have the gall to fully bill me for.)
A day after our phone is fixed, DSL conks out. I call support for 3 days, and you either tell me there's "network trouble" (I can almost hear those quotes from the support guy who can't answer when I asked him what it meant), or that the service crew is on the way. On the fourth day, DSL gets fixed as if by miracle.
On the 5th day, your service crew arrives at our house. I had to send them away because they weren't needed anymore, but what I really wanted to do was chain them in our garage as reserves for the inevitable next time your service fails.
