Not Playing
The only part of not being in the line-up that I cannot come to terms with is not being able to help my teammates when they're playing is awful.
It sucks to know that no matter how prepared I am to play, I would NEVER EVER play again.
The only good thing with it is I'm sort of COACHING. SO... I get to do what I've always wanted to do.
COLLEGIAN
I just submitted my first article and it went through major revisions. I'm not hurt or anything. I've always know that I'm not THAT good a writer. The only thing I'm proud of is that I was able to submit it on time. And I did work hard. I spent a entire day (sleepless at that) trying to come up with a near-decent article.
Plus that was my first major Feature article so it wasn't a mean feat.
More than anything, what I'm hoping to get out of being a member of the collegian is the experience. I'm happy that we will be undergoing trainingbefore we qualify as permanent writers. This experience would be unlike what I experienced in SINAG where I was thrust into the position of Culture editor without prior experience.
I hope things will work out for me soon!
