I'm Seriously Depraved
*laughs* I'd rather not go into it. (It's funny, though, and extremely embarassing, so nuuu)
Anywho. HAPPY NEW DECADE, YO. *sigh* A decade already? Jeez, I remember when I could barely understand vocabulary at fifth grade level (I'm assuming that was the level I was at, but it was ten years ago and I honestly don't know).
ANYWAY
I SOLEMNLY SWEAR
1. To finally learn how to...plot. Because, really, I have a one-track mind. I only think about the characters and not the hijinks they get up to nor the: RISING ACTION, CLIMAX!, FALLING ACTION
2. To become more sneaky. (Some may see this as a bad thing, but I like my privacy and the world can never have too many ninja.)
3. To be more social, yo / Participate in the community. (Which I am FAILING at, btw.)
4. To, er, actually write and finish a story. Over 10,000 words. And it must be slash/yaoi/shonen ai/lgbt [emphasis on the g and/or b(but it's cool if you're t/l)] I've only written one, I REPEAT: ONE, story over 10k. And I don't even know how I managed this or why. (I kind of hate it, as it was my first official fanfic.)
5. To learn how to benefit society. (a.k.a. Learn how to be a functioning citizen of this country. It doesn't have to be perfectly functional, 'cause I'll make do.) Remember, this says learn - not actually do. I'm saving that for two years.
6. To learn how to stop being so: ME, ME, ME and try not to be annoyed when someone pulls that stunt with me. >_> Yes, YOU, Jon, you egotistical prick. (HAPPY FUCKING NEW YEAR SASHA)
7. I'm really just making these up as I go. Whenever I list stuff, I usually get bored around six, but that's a weird number to stop at: 7 is always my filler number. (CAUSE IT'S LUCKY *wink*)
8. To come up with new strange ways to entertain myself at my aunt's house whilst my dad drags me along for his beloved football games. WOOT! (let's hope to any deity out there that HE DOES NOT EVER FIND MY LJ! Thankfully, he is lacking a computer, SO.)
9. TRY NOT TO BE AS MUCH OF A BITCH/POTENTIAL FUTURE CARRIE TO SEMI-STRANGERS IN RL. 'Cause with the blood, it isn't as fun.
10. Appreciate how, as much as I'd like it to, every year is pretty much the same without the pretty fairy dusting to make it SPARKLE. (Hello, aging bodies and new students at my school, I'm looking at you. Um, but not in a creepy way? In a - yes, this means you, get out of my fucking sight - way.)
