a game should never be this good.
so i said i'd post something happy and slap-sticky (or was it slap-happy?). i'm not sure if i can come through on that, but i will bring you an update full of general comfort-y feelings and goodness. and i'll add a 'y' to words where it's not necessary - i'll do that too.
first things first. i'm now 57 or so hours into ffxii. my goodness. people at square-enix should be smothered in kisses and candy for making a game that's so friggin-y (there's #1) good. a slightly less but still adequate amount of kisses and candy for the voice actors. sooo good. i am to ffxii as mmorpgers are to wow. have you ever played a game that was so good that you almost didn't want to play it anymore - because playing it meant the game would progress and you just didn't want it to end. yeah. it's that good.
(also, i apologize, as i'm sure i'm speaking to a niche audience out here. if any audience at all. mayhap trina will know what i'm talking about.)
and, just to prove how big of a gamer-y (#2) dork i am, i'd like to add to my gamer-y (#3) rant: i've been riding a real string of high-quality ps2 gameage. since graduation from smcm i've enjoyed nothing but good games. dqviii, okami, and now ffxii for starters.

okay. so now back to speaking like a regular human being: i'm feeling more comfortable about the whole "holy matrimony" thing now. sean and i have booked our church and our reception site. now we can finally get to what i want - the cake. totally the best part.
meh. i've also been practicing the piano on a semi-regular-y (#5. doing good!) basis. i haven't touched the piano since middle school and it brings tears to my eyes to see how much i've forgotten. i'm taking a group piano class at a community college ('cause it's way cheaper than private lessons), and while i still suck, i'm feeling better about the piano as a whole.
wrapping up. i want to go to new york. anyone feel like a weekend in the city? let's go see a show or something.
