I'm going to live
At least that's what the doctor said. The heart murmur isn't a big concern to the specialist. He wants me to go in once a year to make sure it doesn't change. But he doesn't think I need surgery or anything right now.
I knew I needed to get back in shape. But didn't realize how out of shape I really was. Some of the tests were real hard on me and need to lose more weight than I thought. I knew my ideal weight but didn't think I got so far away from it. That's the problem with not having a scale I guess.
At least all the doctors agreed my diet wasn't the problem. It could be a little better but not that bad. It's just a normal average diet. I just need to get off my ass as the doctor said.
I guess having a desk job can be more of a problem then I thought and for a lot of people. As this doctor said. A lot of people with desk jobs. Although not active at work, still get tired and by the time they get home just want to relax. Then we get in that pattern and put on weight.
Oh well I'm determined to get my weight down now!
