So that's that, huh. Kinda reminds me more of home each day. Although home at least didn't have anything like chips. It's more the 'what happens, happens' attitude and lack of real explanations. The attitude that regardless of the actions taken, everyone will have to grin and bear it because, damn, you're here, you're a citizen (loose sense of the word, I guess), so you have to put up with it. You can complain (guess that's one thing this place has over home, at least) but nothing's going to be listened to.
It's amazing how many people end up like that when they have power. I guess it's a little sad to think how many of those cliches and stereotypes are true. The attitude that you can do anything and that empty words mean something because they're said.

...Doubt there's anywhere here suitable (or even the equipment), but I'd really love a decent game of basketball.
