Thanksgiving Break
So that break flew by...its already sunday.
It snowed wednesday nite which was cool, caught me by surprise while i was studying till 1am. Drove home that nite, had thanksgiving thursday.
On Friday i was driving to work at 4am, and I saw this crowd of people by Michael's and I was thinking that if they have a line than CC must have a really long line...and then i kept driving and i realized that it was the line for our store, wrapped around the strip mall, past like 6 stores. Apparently they started lining up at 10pm the nite before. There was a fight that got broke up to over nite cuz people tried to cut in line.
Before we opened, my manager stood ontop of a tv box and gave a little pep talk.....he said in the 22 years he has worked for CC, he has never seen anything like that.....what a great speech.
Doors opened at 5 and it was crazy. The line for customers at my register didn't stop until 7 hours later. I worked 18 hours that day, no break, a new PR for me.
Saturday I wrote around $23,000 in business....another PR. Paula stopped by work and surprised me, that was cool. Later that nite, she hung out with me and my friends....it was good times.
Now it's time to catch up on school work.
