I need more power!

My power went out around 3:30 this morning. I was having a very strange dream and I briefly woke up during it. As I was trying to fall asleep again, I heard what sounded like a small explosion, then it got really quiet. And, I had no power. You know, I never realized just how creaky my floor is until I was walking around looking for a flashlight last night. Because, even though it was the middle of the night, and there was nothing to see, I still felt the need to find my flashlight. About thirty minutes later, it came back on. Everything was working this morning. So, when I went home for lunch, I didn't expect to find a dark apartment. I noticed it first as I walked down the hallway and literally tripped up the stairs. It's really hard to walk up stairs in the dark. Luckily, I have a gas stove, so I was still able to make some food. I had to toast my bread in the oven, but it's not like I've never done that before. So, now I'm wondering when my power will be back on. If it's not on tonight, I will have to shower in the dark. I also won't be able to dry or curl my hair. This is not going to be fun. So, if for some reason I have no power later tonight, would anyone like to be a good friend and let me stay with them?

It's a good thing my milk has already expired or I'd be pissed.

Also, I have a Netflix dvd in my dvd player. I guess I won't be sending that one back today.
