just got home from a potluck at church. woot good food! got to see kathryn :) and planning to go bowling in a couple weeks with church ppl. woot some more!
Next weekend we are going to the sahara......ahem. porterville. where my weather thing says it will be 102. but that same weather thing said 92 for today, and its like a hundred....so yeah. we'll see. it'll be hotter than hell either way. but its haylees bday so thats cool. i have to go shopping this wednesday and get her a present while me and my mom are in ventura to see harry potter! whoohooo!
and i think i finally figured out what tattoo i wanna get. i'll prolly put pictures on facebook of what i want....if i get unlazy enough to do that sometime today... but im gonna get it on my left leg, like above my ankle on the outside, and the tat is gonna be about 6" tall. and its a ca poppy with Phil. 4:4 written on it (just that, not the verse written out. which by the way says "rejoice in the lord always. I will say it again: rejoice!") anyways, picked that cause i think it is something i need to always remember to do, and i cant help but feel joyful seeing beauty in nature, hence the flower......yeah. now i just need to figure out where im gonna get it (like what shop) and how much its gonna cost. i had $140 in an envelope for it, but i spent 40 of that :( lol so i have to see how much more i need to save up....
anyways, i should try to do something productive....like work on the quilt im making lizzie, or finish drawing out my tat and scan it, or something :P
ooo and i planted lantanas in my yard (they are the bush things with purple or orange or gold flowers that grow really well around here) and i cant wait till they get all big and pretty!! lol
