(I don't know why Donna's skirt is hiked all the way up past her navel. I don't know why her hands are deformed. It was done quickly and I wanted to jump on the bandwagon! So that's why Donna fails.)
ETA: Just wanted to add that it's pretty safe around here, actually. Around the White House, especially, there doesn't seem to be much zombie activity at all. Closer to the U Street corridor, it starts to get a little hairy, but then there are all those clubs and bars around - I think the zombies are getting confused by the alcohol.
