I always associated cornbread with the south- I've never even seen it at a bakery here (prairies)!

Looks good. I've never made cornbread before but I do like it. I shall have to give it a try.
I dont have any suggestions for you but my bananas always turn brown unless I stick them in lemon juice immediately after cutting them.
