Wow, that looks really promising! What egg replacer did you use? I've got EnerG egg replacer in the cupboard, would that work?

I don't see why not, it's egg re-placer. The brand I have was the only one in the store, Paneriso is the brand name. I'm not sure why it's needed since the recipe has 3 eggs in it but I thought maybe it helped give more fluff?
