(no subject)

Help! I made a flourless chocolate cake (http://cookbookamonth.wordpress.com/2012/05/30/flourless-chocolate-cake-from-the-primrose-bakery-book/) and it doesn't seen to go right! It falls more than I would expect- sides about an inc higher than the centre and the centre is so gooey- like a melt in the middle dessert. Obviously this tastes amazing, but it's nothing like flourless cakes I've had elsewhere. What could I be doing wrong? Any foolproof recipes?
