Calling All Bakers: Looking for a recipe.
I was wondering if all you lovely people might be able to help. I have lots of recipes for cookies, but most of them are for soft or chewy cookies.
What I am looking for is a tried and true recipe for a nice, crunchy chocolate chip cookie. I don't want any level of give. I want a good (as we say here in the UK) biscuit "crunch".
I'm also not really looking for a sugar/shortbread style. I'd like something that looks golden like the cookies on the front page??
