Hello bakers,
I received a big bag of coconut flour and I have no idea what to do with it! I've read that it's difficult to substitute for regular flour when baking since it's super absorptive, but does anyone have any experience with this? I'd love to make something for Christmas~ Please share any of your recipes, triumphs and even mishaps! Thanks!
