It is getting cold outside and we only have to wait another 6-7 month for the ray of sun. Oh, well, when your tummy is full it should not bother you that much. Lets get cooking. It is Poutine for today. #Poutine, #delicious, #die for :)

Poutine should be made with fresh cheese curds and beef gravy if you want to be authentic about it,. But I appreciate that outside of Quebec/Eastern Ontario a lot of people don't have those.

hehe, I'm not a fan of poutine, generally, but I do make a pretty mean 'clean' version with cottage cheese and sweet potato fries... I know, I know, doesn't sound so exciting..
