Hello Bakers!
I was asked to set up a bake stand at my university's student bazaar in November.
I have in mind 4 recipes already, which are: Vegan chocolate cake, Vegan orange and poppyseed cupcakes, Choc chip cookies and Lemon cupcakes. These are kind of my go to recipes that are easy to make, but I would like to have a little more variety.

The dough
100 g butter
200 ml wheat flour (I used mixture of wheat flour and wheat bran, adds more taste)
2-3 tbs water
1 ts salt
(grated cheese, if you want)
Mix the butter with the flour and the salt. Add the water (cold) until the dough becomes a ball. Roll it thin on a baking sheet (make some little holes to the dough with fork to prevent it from rising) and pre-bake it 10 min in 225 C. Mean while prepare the filling.
Filling
2 eggs
200 ml cream (I used double cream, but any cooking cream should do)
1 onion (I had one extra leek, so I used that instead)
1ts salt
1/2 ts lemon pepper (I used black as I didn't have that)
2-3 tbs oil or butter (for frying)
c. 150 g grated cheese
300-1000 ml toppings of your choice (vegetable, mushrooms etc. I used some chicken too)
And spices of your choice
Prepare you toppings and season them. Mix the eggs grated cheese and cream. Once the base comes out of the oven add the toppings and over it ladle the cream-egg mixture evenly on top (you can also mix the toppings with the egg-cream mixture). Add some grated cheese on top, if you wish and bake in 225 C 12-30 min until the filling has set
NOTICE: I made a 34 cm x 36 cm (that's about 13 5/8 in x 14 2/8 in) pie and I needed to double the base and also added 100 ml of cream and 1 egg. Might have done without the extra cream and egg though.
This one stays rather well together and it tastes almost better when it has cooled down.
