Hi, I've got lucky this year with a crop of Gooseberries but I've never actually cooked them before.
Was thinking of trying either a cobbler or a fool (maybe both) but then thought this was the community that would know what's best :)
Are they nicest on their own or mixed with another fruit? I don't think I've heard of them with anything except Elderflower..
Please any suggestions or words of wisdom you can offer would be appreciated.
