I think I may have just found my favorite fast brownie recipe. It's incredibly simple, and I bet a bunch of you have discovered this long before me, but for those who haven't... you must try it!
I made a half batch in a mini-cupcake tin.
These brownies are actually not overwhelmingly sweet, which I thought was a good thing, since Nutella itself can be tooth-achingly sweet. In brownie form, however, they somehow manage to be the perfect balance of chocolate and hazelnut flavor, now with a wonderful soft texture that's a bit chewy on the edges.
Here's the recipe:
Nutella BrowniesIngredients:
1 cup Nutella
2 eggs
10 tbsp all-purpose flour
Directions:
1. Mix all three ingredients together until uniformly combined.
2. Pour into your pan of choice, and bake at 350F for about 30 minutes (shorten the time if you're using a muffin/cupcake tin.) As with all brownies, err on the side of underdone! Take them out once the center seems set.
