I recently learned that I'll be having shoulder surgery in May. (Yes, I know, that's 3 months hence, but I'm thinking about it now.) My dominant arm will be in a sling for 4 weeks, so I'm looking for suggestions of savory dishes I could make in advance and freeze so my family (husband and two school-age kids) will have something to eat other than spaghetti, salad and takeout every night. I don't care if it's "Bake and then freeze" or "Freeze and then bake" but it needs to be something that DOES freeze and thaw well, in either direction. I have a mac & cheese recipe I like, and a lasagna, but I'd love to know what the collective genius out there in
bakebakebake land has to offer. Prefer gluten-free, but I'm pretty good at adapting, so don't stress about that. Specific recipes if you've got 'em. :-) Thanks in advance!
