Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits

Had a craving for a childhood classic (well, for me it was classic!) - the cinnamon raisin biscuits from the Hardee's chain of fast food restaurants. These were special occasion treats. I might be in trouble now that I can make them at home.

They are melt-in-your-mouth delicious, if I do say so. I live alone and stuck some in the freezer; we'll see if they survive that or dry into little hockey pucks.

I like these because they're not as gloppy sweet - theirs always have a ton of icing. :)
