Egg Free cake!

I need a really good, easy recipe for egg free cake! I've been asked to teach a bunch of little kids to bake this weekend, and there's been a sudden addition of a boy with an egg allergy and the last time I baked egg free cake was years ago and I've lost the recipe!

Any and all egg-free cake recipes would be amazing! Thanks so much!

I've heard you can use flax seed to replace eggs in baking. Haven't tried it myself though.

1 tablespoon milled flax seed + 3 tablespoons water = 1 egg :)

usually in non egg cake you can use sprite (yes soda) its great for non milk and also non egg cakes

I already use soda in all my cakes! But I didn't think it replaced eggs, just milk. I'll have to google that!

if your looking for a cheap way out you can add a cake mix and soda
it doesnt require any eggs or oil

just soda and cake mix
not exactly homemade but its useful for parties

a white cake mix and grape soda or orange soda
its a cheap way out without eggs lol
