Uses for butterscotch pudding?

I just got a bunch of butterscotch pudding on sale - to be clear, PUDDING, not pudding mix... like pudding cups.
I am perfectly happy to eat it but I'm also curious to know if anyone has any recipes that call for actual pudding... googling/searching the comm has brought up recipes that suggest putting in packages of pudding mix but little to no ideas for the pudding itself, lol. I already thought it might make a pretty awesome filling for cupcakes.
