Peach and pineapple cake :)

Ingredients
1 C cake flour
1/2 C All Purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp fine salt
5 tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 C brown sugar
1 whole egg
1 egg white
1/3 C buttermilk
1/2 C crushed pineapple
3 peaches, peeled and sliced (You can use frozen sliced peaches as well. However, I do not recommend using canned peaches.)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
-Butter and flour baking dish or cake pan of choice, set aside. Turn oven to 350 to get warmed up.
-Combine ALL wet ingredients (eggs, milk, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, crushed pineapple) in bowl 1.
-Sift ALL dry ingredients (flours, baking powder, salt) in bowl 2.
-Add bowl 1 to bowl 2, mix until combined. Do NOT over-mix.
-Lay sliced peaches on top, and bake for 25-30 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean after testing the middle.
