I've made this http://community.livejournal.com/bakebakebake/1670742.html recipe my go-to-brownies, it's quick, super tasty and fudgy. They are still very good after a couple of days so I think they should ship well!

Make sure you pack them well. I'm allowed to bake anything for sailboat racing EXCEPT brownie because of the unholy mess they make.

And for shipping, you might be better off with a box mix because those do have the preservatives & emulsifiers...

I think any would be good and its just all about the packaging. They have boxes at art stores and use bubble wrap in between each little box inside your big box...and besides bubble wrap is fun.

I would say a good brownie to send would be one that does not fall apart when you cut it. Also another idea is if they are going to have a long way to go try using pasteurized eggs, that could help??
