My really good friend Maggie started an amazing mommy blog and asked me and a few friends to contribute to it. I blog normally, but I thought for a something a little original, I could do a weekly 'cooking show' and post it on youtube. Last saturday was the try out night (so therefore I made something easy) and everything came out perfectly! I was having issues with the software that came with my camcorder, but, that little glitch has since been figured out. (So, I will make an intro for all the other videos.) I plan on taking actual photos of the food I bake on camera so I can post it here as well, but I was just concerned about the video camera this week.
