Holy cookies!
The husband and I made cookies for our church's open house festivities yesterday. We made 3 dozen sugar cookies and topped them with royal icing and white chocolate designs: flowers, oms, the Unitarian Universalist flaming chalice, peace signs and words of inspiration.
They were a big hit - the reverend even gave them props during service that they might be too pretty to eat! It was a kind compliment because I thought they were rather juvenile looking (and we thought of blaming saying that the kids made them..hehe..but we took full credit).
