Bleach
Anyone who is currently watching Bleach.. or stopped for the fillers... or hasn't watched it... CATCH UP.
We're into the new plot arc, the animation quality is back up as of 112, and BY GOD I'd forgotten how much of a difference there was between filler and real plot. The new arc? So much better. I'm thinking I'll go back and read the manga for this arc over again.. or maybe I'll not, and just wait for all the goodness incoming.

Serious Manga Spoilars follow:
Between Isshin's conversation with Urahara this episode, Shinji/Hiyori goodness (her VA is perfect, btw) and the preview for next episode containing Yammi and Ulquiorra, it's just going to get BETTER.
Found some episode titles on the web. Looks like next two episodes are Ulqy and Yammy's attack on earth, which means we get Urahara/Yoruichi fighting. Then we've got Hitsugaya/Renji/Ikakku/Rangiku/Yumichika in school, followed by Rukia's shikai, GRIMMJAW and one of my all-time highpoints for the series, Ikakku's Ban Kai... OHHH it's so good.
And the manga storyline ain't too shabby either - even more spoilarrific ahead:
Between Ishida's sword and Chad's new hollowriffic arms, there are some interesting developments. I can't wait to see what Rukia and Renji pull out. Kubo usually saves the main fight for last, so it was interesting that Ichigo fought first. Now Ishida and Chad are done, and have shown off new abilities too (thank you, non-filler Bleach, we get new powers), Rukia will probably show us the third Dance, but what will Renji do after training with Urahara and Chad? Who'll get the final fight? It could go either way.
So yeah. Inbetween bouts of Warcrack, I am Bleachsqueeing again... it's all good.
