15 minute Skype interview for Director of Customer Service ...
With a start up that is a royal shit show and has some of the absolute worst yelp reviews on the planet.
They treat their contractors worse than I've ever seen.
I applied about a month ago because the product/service is one I like on a general note. The title was nice. The requirements were suspiciously lean.
I initially thought- I like a challenge. I want to prove myself in battle.
With their downward progression, I'm thinking I couldn't turn them around without rebranding or a magic wand.
Whatever. I'll be honest as usual and this will likely go the way of my tapistan interview (tap/iOS company sprung "whole team is on Pakistan" on third interview. Were rude. Uneducated.
Asked me what I thought of their tapfish in love part two game on a scale of 1-5, I said "well, if I can't use negative numbers, 1" etc.
Most fun I've had in an interview ever. )
