Goodbye is painful when it is

• distance
Otherwise, it's see-you-later, or it doesn't matter?
It really sucks to greatly appreciate someone / have absolutely nothing to continue talking to them about. I suppose it could be argued that if you really cared, you would find something...Maybe that's what is so awful, it's a goodbye that you DO have control over, but can't quite go the distance to change / let happen.
In other news, I have to say goodbye to the best boss in the world on the 17th, and it's already roughing me up.
