If you discover that there is a very cute guy who is a celebrity in a foreign country, what would you do? The most sensible thing (well, at least in my level of sensibility..) to do is to search him on the net, right? I did that of course. I searched his videos, songs, pictures, dramas and movies. But the weird thing is, I haven’t searched his profile until a few months back. Aside from an additional item in my ‘Why am I Weird List?’, these are what I have discovered about my Jin-Jin:

Some people mistakenly read Akanishi’s name as Akanishi Hitoshi, due to the character used for this given name. Actually, in his debut as a Johnny’s Junior in the magazine Myojo, his name was misprinted as Hitoshi. However, Akanishi has since clarified that his first name, Jin, was given to him by his parents
The name Jin comes from the five Confucian virtues. Jin’s name means “benevolence”

Distinguishing Marks: Smooth skin, high cheekbones and soulful eyes… with a damn beauty spot just under the outer edge of his left eye. Jin hates that thing, but his manager tells him that plastic surgery is out of the question; it is a part of him and apparently some girls love it. He has no tattoos, only one piercing in his right ear and is rather tall for a Japanese man. Not to mention that he spends about four hours every two days up in the gym, working on his guns.
CHARACTER PERSONALITY
Likes: his job, himself, clubbing, alcohol, casual sex, overly dominating people (despite his personality, he is so totally M) and cigarettes
Dislikes: Hangovers, his manager (douchebag!), sunlight, ugly people, the after-effects of beer goggles.
Strengths: Despite his diva ways, he is actually rather charming and has the amazing gift of being able to talk himself out of tricky situations. His acting career only flourished due to the dedication of his fans, certainly not his ability in front of the camera. However, when he isn’t trying, Jin is actually a master at playing different roles and getting people to trust and believe in him. His manager always jokes that Jin is the perfect grifter and con man.
Weaknesses: They say that pride is a weakness, but Jin doesn’t see anything wrong with being prideful. Especially not when you are as good as him. Another issue with Jin is that he has almost no concentration span at all. Jin is a social butterfly, however, if he doesn’t like someone then he turns into the most obnoxious, bullying ass. He is the type that has hundreds of friends and contacts - someone for every occasion or need - and yet only a handful of really close confidants. Other than that he is just self-centred and bored and slightly out of his mind.

You have to lose one of your senses? Which one and why: Jin would take the pansy way out and go for smell. He needs his sight - who would be interested in a blind idol? - and hearing is important for his singing and acting career. Touch is very important for when he gets… up close and personal with fans and hotties, and what would life be without taste? Tequila would be the same as vodka and that would all be the same as orange juice. Not cool.
Smell is the only thing that isn’t vital.
~This is the most detailed profile I have seen but I don’t know what to think about this really..Although all of this kinda fit his image a lot. I laughed hard on the ‘what sense to lose’. That seems to be Jin too.
~Well, this didn't really made my love for Jin grow more but all of this is essential for me to know him better. Despite his imperfections, you just have to appreciate that at least he's real. And no matter how many stupid things he do with his life, as long as he is Jin, and he still do what he do best, I will always be his fan. Love Jin-Jin!
