I was thinking at least $40 each given the rarity of them. The original price was 2500 + shipping for each dvd, not together.

As far as I could tell "両タイプ共に￥2500(税込)" translates to "Both types are both ￥2500 (including tax)" meaning they were 2500 each. I kept a copy of my invoice though, and it was ￥5530 after shipping.
In regards to your offer, $40 each?
