But I'm glad because I only have to deal with Toyslogic for a bit longer. 8| I've become so fed up with them, they're so disorganized. I know that things getting delayed and such is not there fault, but their customer service is terrible.
On so many occasions I send them emails and they don't even answer the question I asked like they didn't even read what I wrote. In general they never update the orders on their site, so like if an item comes in stock won't be listed as "ready to ship". They also won't mark that items such as pre-orders have been paid for so I often get two invoices for the exact same item and I'm like "uh I've paid for this already". On multiple occasions where I've canceled or they have had canceled an item, they don't mark it at canceled so I sometimes get a random invoice out of no where. They also sometimes take WEEKS to ship an item out.
Also they take forever to reply, I sent them an email ages ago inquiring about canceling the Miku VN02 I had ordered with them and they still haven't replied 8| If worst comes to worst and they try and charge me for it, I'm just going to not pay for it.
I only have two other orders with them, one for the Alter Yui Hirasawa that I've already paid for, and the other for a Code Geass Lancelot Albion figure (which I haven't paid for, but its not that important and I will ditch it if I have to.)
Back in the day when I first started with them, things were relatively more organized than it is now and was much more reliable. This is ridiculous though... they're going to lose customers unless they clean up their act.
Oh well, to Otacute and Amiami it is. The only thing I don't like about Otacute and Amiami is that I can't pay for my pre-orders a head of time, it makes me a little uneasy. I like paying for stuff as soon as I can so I don't have to worry about it =v=; Especially since I have some big preorders this year... Sigh.
